本質關心大自然，那是一種人與人之間的關係。對於產品，我堅持與生產者/工匠合作，盡量使用天然物料如竹材、玻璃、石陶、金屬、木材、月桃等，當設計接近生活基本的需求時，唯有簡單才可以尋找到真實性，即事物的本質。

TO SEEK THE ESSENCE OF THINGS
We care for the nature. It is all about human relationship. When talking about products, I insist on collaborating with product makers and craftsmen to use natural materials such as bamboo, glass, pottery stone, metal , wood , and beautiful galangal in the production. When the design matches the basic needs of life, simplicity is the only path to truth, that is, the essence of things.
